Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may, upon conclusion of the proceedings and by mutual agreement, make available to the public all or some of the documents that in accordance with the preceding paragraph are to remain confidential, or authorize the publication of all or some of those documents.
٢ - بصرف النظر عما ذكر أعلاه، يجوز للطرفين، بعد انتهاء الاجراءات وباتفاقهما، أن يتيحا للجمهور كل، أو بعض، الوثائق التي كان ينبغي أن تظل سرية وفقا ﻷحكام الفقرة السابقة أو أن يأذنا بنشر كل هذه الوثائق أو بعضها.
