(vi) In fulfilling their responsibilities to landmine survivors, relevant States Parties should establish priorities according to what is achievable and what will make the greatest difference.
`6` عند الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها تجاه الناجين من الألغام الأرضية، ينبغي للدول الأطراف المعنية أن تحدد أولوياتها بحسب ما يمكن انجازه وما من شأنه أن يحدث فرقاً كبيراً.

(i) As progress in victim assistance should be specific, measurable and time-bound, with specific measures logically needing to be determined by individual States Parties based on their very diverse circumstances, relevant States Parties that have not yet done so should provide an unambiguous way to assess progress with respect to victim assistance as concerns their States by the time of the Second Review Conference.

(ii) In fulfilling their responsibilities to landmine survivors, relevant States Parties and those assisting them should apply the understandings adopted at the First Review Conference, particularly by placing victim assistance in the broader context of development and seeing its place as a part of existing State responsibilities in the areas of health care, social services, rehabilitation and human rights frameworks.
`2` عند الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها تجاه الناجين من الألغام الأرضية، ينبغي للدول الأطراف المعنية وتلك التي تُساعدها، تطبيق التفاهمات التي اعتُمدت في المؤتمر الاستعراضي الأول، لا سيما بإدراج مساعدة الضحايا في السياق الأوسع للتنمية وتحديد مكانها كجزء من المسؤوليات القائمة للدول في مجالات الرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية وإعادة التأهيل وأُطر حقوق الإنسان.

(iii) In fulfilling their responsibilities to landmine survivors, relevant States Parties and those assisting them should recall the need to reinforce existing State structures to ensure the long-term sustainability of victim assistance efforts, noting that the need to pursue the aim of assisting the victims will persist long after the completion of implementation of other Convention aims.
`3` عند الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها تجاه الناجين من الألغام الأرضية، ينبغي للدول الأطراف المعنية وتلك التي تُساعدها أن تُذكّر بضرورة تعزيز الهياكل القائمة للدول لضمان استمرار جهود مساعدة الضحايا على المدى الطويل، بما أن الحاجة إلى تحقيق هدف مساعدة الضحايا ستستمر فترة طويلة بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ الأهداف الأخرى للاتفاقية.

(iv) In fulfilling their responsibilities to landmine survivors, relevant States Parties and those assisting them should recall that meeting the rights and needs of persons with disabilities requires a holistic approach that can only be achieved through collaboration and coordination between all relevant ministries and actors in the disability sector, including persons with disabilities.
`4` عند الاضطلاع بمسؤولياتها تجاه الناجين من الألغام الأرضية، ينبغي للدول الأطراف المعنية وتلك التي تُساعدها أن تُذكّر بأن إعمال حقوق الأشخاص المعوقين وتلبية احتياجاتهم يتطلبان اتباع نهج جامع لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا عن طريق التعاون والتنسيق بين جميع الوزارات والجهات الفاعلة المعنية في مجال الإعاقة، بما يشمل الأشخاص المعوقين.

`2` وعند القيام بمسؤولياتها تجاه الناجين من الألغام البرية، ينبغي للدول الأطراف المعنية وتلك التي تُساعدها، تطبيق التفاهمات التي اعتُمدت في المؤتمر الاستعراضي الأول، وخاصةً عن طريق فهم مساعدة الضحايا في السياقات الأوسع للتنمية وتحديد مكانها كجزء من مسؤوليات الدول القائمة في مجالات الرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية وإعادة التأهيل وأُطر حقوق الإنسان.
