واو-2- إذا صدّقت الدولة الطرف على البروتوكول الاختياري أو انضمت إليه، وقامت اللجنة بإجراء تحقيق عملا بالمادة 8 من هذا البروتوكول، فإنّه ينبغي وضع تقرير يتضمن تفاصيل أي إجراء تم اتخاذه استجابة لهذا التحقيق، وكفالة عدم تكرر الانتهاكات التي أدت إلى إجراء ذلك التحقيق.

واو - 2 إذا صدّقت الدولة الطرف على البروتوكول الاختياري أو انضمت إليه وقامت اللجنة بإجراء تحقيق عملا بالمادة 8 من هذا البروتوكول، فإنّه ينبغي وضع تقرير يتضمن تفاصيل أي إجراء تم اتخاذه امتثالا لهذا التحقيق، وكفالة ألاّ تتكرر الانتهاكات التي دفعت إلى إجراء ذلك التحقيق.

واو - 1 إذا صدّقت الدولة الطرف على البروتوكول الاختياري أو انضمت إليه وأصدرت اللجنة آراء تستتبع توفير سبل انتصاف أو تعرب عن أي قلق آخر فيما يتصل برسالة ترد في إطار ذلك البروتوكول، فإنّه ينبغي وضع تقرير يتضمن معلومات عن الخطوات المتخذة لتوفير سبيل الانتصاف أو معالجة هذا القلق، وضمان ألا يتكرر أي ظرف يدفع إلى تقديم هذه الرسالة.
