6- اعتمد الفريق العامل المعني بالاتجار بالأشخاص، الذي أُنشئ عملا بالمقرّر 4/4 الصادر عن المؤتمر، التوصيات الواردة أدناه لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة.

In the same resolution, the Conference took note of the information gathered so far by UNODC in carrying out the study asked for by the Conference in its resolution 5/4 and requested UNODC to complete the study in accordance with the given mandate, for consideration by the Conference at its seventh session.
٤- وفي القرار نفسه، أحاط المؤتمر علماً بالمعلومات التي جمعها المكتب حتى تاريخه في سياق اضطلاعه بإجراء الدراسة التي طلبها المؤتمر في قراره 5/4، وطلب إلى المكتب إكمال الدراسة وفقاً للولاية المسندة إليه، لكي ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دورته السابعة.

The Working Group on Trafficking in Persons, established pursuant to decision 4/4 of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, adopted the recommendations below for consideration by the Conference at its fifth session.
1- اعتمد الفريق العامل المعني بالاتجار بالأشخاص، الذي أُنشئ عملا بالمقرّر 4/4 الذي اتخذه مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، التوصيات الواردة أدناه كي ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة.

Nongovernmental organizations not included in the list that wish to be accredited to meetings of the Conferences of the Parties are invited to submit the information listed in annex IV of document UNEP/POPS/COP.2/26 for consideration by the Conference at its next ordinary meeting.

وقد أَعدَّت الأمانة ورقة غرفة اجتماعات بشأن العقبات التقنية والقانونية في استخدام التداول بالفيديو من أجل أن ينظر فيها المؤتمر في دورته الخامسة (CTOC/COP/2010/CRP.2).
