Lastly, operative paragraphs 9 and 11 request the Secretary-General to continue to mobilize international humanitarian and reconstruction assistance for Somalia and to present a report on this matter to the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session.
وفي الختام، تطلب الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام في الفقرتين الثامنة والحادية عشرة من المنطوق أن يواصل على الصعيد الدولي تعبئة المساعدة الانسانية ومساعدات اﻹنعاش والتعمير في الصومال وأن يقدم تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار خلال الدورة الرابعة والخمسين للجمعية العامة.

4. Requests the Secretary-General to continue to implement annually the Geneva-based programme within existing resources and to report thereon to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session;
٤ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل على أساس سنوي، في حدود الموارد الموجودة، تنفيذ البرنامج الذي يتخذ من جنيف مقرا له، وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين؛

٢ - وطلبت الجمعية العامة كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل على الصعيد الدولي تعبئة المساعدة اﻹنسانية ومساعدات اﻹنعاش والتعمير للصومال وأن يطلع المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام ١٩٩٥ على التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ القرار وأن يقدم تقريرا عن ذلك الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخمسين.

In the same resolution, the Council requested the Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to continue to submit to the Population Commission, on a regular basis, a report on the activities of the Fund, and invited the Population Commission to review those reports, within its competence, and to transmit its views to the Council at its second regular session.
