It notes with concern that the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Crimes of Violence against Women and Trafficking in Persons does not have the mandate to follow up on complaints of trafficking in persons when the offence is committed by organized criminal groups.
وتلاحظ بقلق أن مكتب المدعي الخاص المعني بجرائم العنف ضد المرأة والاتّجار في الأشخاص غير مختص بمتابعة شكاوى الاتّجار بالأشخاص عندما يُرتكب الجرم من قبل جماعات إجرامية منظمة.

(a) The offence is committed in the territory of that State Party; or
(أ) عندما يُرتكب الجرم في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف؛ أو

(b) The offence is committed on board a vessel that is flying the flag of that State Party or an aircraft that is registered under the laws of that State Party at the time that the offence is committed.
(ب) عندما يُرتكب الجرم على متن سفينة ترفع علم تلك الدولة الطرف أو طائرة مسجلة بموجب قوانين تلك الدولة وقت ارتكاب الجرم.

(a) The offence is committed against a national of that State Party;
(أ) عندما يُرتكب الجرم ضد أحد مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف؛

(b) The offence is committed by a national of that State Party or a stateless person who has his or her habitual residence in its territory; or
(ب) عندما يُرتكب الجرم أحد مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف أو شخص عديم الجنسية يوجد مكان اقامته المعتاد في اقليمها؛ أو

(a) The offence is committed [in whole or in part] in the territory of that State Party; or
(أ) عندما يُرتكب الجرم [كليا أو جزئيا]() في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف؛ أو
