"يُمنح الموظف المعين" - Translation from Arabic to English

• A staff member who holds

(i) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment shall be granted sick leave at the rate of two working days per month;
' 1` يُمنح الموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية بمعدل يومي عمل عن كل شهر؛

(ii) A staff member who holds a fixed-term appointment and who has completed less than three years of continuous service shall be granted sick leave of up to 3 months on full salary and 3 months on half salary in any period of 12 consecutive months;
' 2` يُمنح الموظف المعين لمدة محددة والذي أتم أقل من ثلاث سنوات من الخدمة المتصلة حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى ثلاثة أشهر بمرتب كامل وثلاثة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي 12 شهرا متتابعة؛

(ii) A staff member who holds a fixed-term appointment and who has completed less than three years of continuous service shall be granted sick leave of up to three months on full salary and three months on half salary in any period of twelve consecutive months;
' 2` يُمنح الموظف المعين لمدة محددة والذي أتم أقل من ثلاث سنوات من الخدمة المتصلة حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى ثلاثة أشهر بمرتب كامل وثلاثة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي اثني عشر شهرا متتابعة؛

(i) A staff member who holds a fixed-term appointment of less than one year shall be granted sick leave at the rate of two working days per month of contractual service;
' 1` يُمنح الموظف المعين لمدة محددة تقل عن سنة واحدة حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية بمعدل يومي عمل عن كل شهر من أشهر الخدمة التعاقدية؛

(iii) A staff member who holds a permanent or indefinite appointment, a fixed-term appointment for three years or who has completed three years of continuous service shall be granted sick leave of up to nine months on full salary and nine months on half salary in any period of four consecutive years.
' 3` يُمنح الموظف المعين تعيينا دائما أو لمدة غير محددة أو معين لمدة محددة بثلاث سنوات أو الذي أكمل ثلاث سنوات من الخدمة المتصلة، حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى تسعة أشهر بمرتب كامل وتسعة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي أربع سنوات متتابعة.

(i) A staff member who holds a fixed-term appointment of less than one year shall be granted sick leave at the rate of two working days per month of contractual service;

' ٣` يُمنح الموظف المعين تعيينا دائما أو لمدة غير محددة أو معين لمدة محددة بثلاث سنوات أو الذي أكمل ثلاث سنوات من الخدمة المتصلة، حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى تسعة أشهر بمرتب كامل وتسعة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي أربع سنوات متتابعة.

(iii) A staff member who holds a permanent, continuing or indefinite appointment, a fixed-term appointment for three years or who has completed three years of continuous service shall be granted sick leave of up to nine months on full salary and nine months on half salary in any period of four consecutive years.
' 3` يُمنح الموظف المعين تعيينا دائما أو مستمرا أو لمدة غير محددة، أو المعيَّن لمدة محددة بثلاث سنوات، أو الذي أكمل ثلاث سنوات من الخدمة المتصلة، حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى تسعة أشهر بمرتب كامل وتسعة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي أربع سنوات متتابعة.

(ii) A staff member who holds a probationary appointment or a fixed-term appointment of one year or longer but less than three years shall be granted sick leave of up to three months on full salary and three months on half salary in any period of twelve consecutive months;
' 2` يُمنح الموظف المعين تحت الاختبار أو المعين لمدة محددة تبلغ سنة واحدة أو أكثر ولكنها تقل عن ثلاث سنوات حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى ثلاثة أشهر بمرتب كامل وثلاثة أشهر بنصف مرتب في فترة أي اثني عشر شهرا متتابعة؛

' ٢` يُمنح الموظف المعين تحت الاختبار أو المعين لمدة محددة تبلغ سنة واحدة أو أكثر ولكنها تقل عن ثلاث سنوات حق الحصول على إجازة مرضية مدتها القصوى ثلاثة أشهر بمرتب كامل وثلاثة أشهر بنصف مرتب خلال أي ١٢ شهرا متتابعة؛
