9- ويتعيّن بموجب الإجراء الذي أرسته الجمعية العامة في قراريها 41/213 و42/211، أن يُنشأ صندوق طوارئ لكل فترة سنتين من أجل تغطية النفقات الإضافية المترتبة على الولايات التشريعية غير المشمولة بالميزانية البرنامجية المتفق عليها أو المقترحة.

٧ - جدير بالذكر أنه بموجب اﻹجراء الذي قررته الجمعية العامة في قرارها ١٤/٣١٢ المؤرخ ٩١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ٦٨٩١ يُنشأ صندوق طوارئ كل فترة سنتين لاستيعاب النفقات اﻹضافية النابعة من الولايات التشريعية غير المنصوص عليها في الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة.
