Viet Nam participates in the Regional Space Applications Programme and the regional projects of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).
وتشترك فييت نام في البرنامج الاقليمي للتطبيقات الفضائية وفي المشاريع الاقليمية التابعة للجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء .

22. The Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific agrees that any regional programme should include the exchange of data and the sharing of information derived from data analysis.
٢٢ - ويتفق المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء على أنه ينبغي ﻷي برنامج اقليمي أن يشمل تبادل البيانات والتشارك في المعلومات المستمدة من تحليل البيانات .

The Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific recommends that each country in the region should provide the necessary conducive environment by enacting appropriate legislation in order to promote investments.
ويوصي المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء بأن يوفر كل بلد في المنطقة البيئة الضرورية المساعدة بسن التشريعات المناسبة لترويج الاستثمارات فيه .

In this connection, the Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific recommends that such entities as INTELSAT, Inmarsat and other space communications entities should provide communications satellite capacity with the aim of promoting regional space-based services.
وفي هذا الصدد ، يوصي المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء بأنه ينبغي لهيئات مثل إنتلسات وإنمارسات وغيرها من الهيئات المعنية بالاتصالات الفضائية ، توفير قدرة سواتل الاتصالات بهدف تعزيز الخدمات الفضائية الاقليمية .

51. The Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific agrees that the formation of a regional space agency should be approached in a step-by-step manner and that comprehensive preparatory work will have to be carried out.
١٥ - ويتفق المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء على أن انشاء وكالة فضاء اقليمية هو مسعى ينبغي مباشرته بطريقة متدرجة ، وأنه لابد من القيام بعمل تحضيري شامل في هذا الصدد .

4. The present report contains the results of the Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific, which was co-sponsored by the European Space Agency and organized in cooperation with and hosted by the Government of Malaysia.
٤ - ويحتوي هذا التقرير على نتائج المؤتمر الاقليمي التحضيري ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء ، الذي شاركت في رعايته وكالة الفضاء اﻷوروبية ونظم بالتعاون مع حكومة ماليزيا التي استضافته .

36. The Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific recommends that Member States in the region, particularly developing countries, should work together in the development of microsatellites.
٦٣ - يوصي المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء الدول اﻷعضاء في المنطقة ، وخصوصا البلدان النامية فيها ، بالعمل معا على تطوير السواتل الصغرى .

50. The Regional Preparatory Conference for Asia and the Pacific recommends that, in order to advance the state of space research and development activities in the region, Member States should allocate more funds to such activities.
٠٥ - ويوصي المؤتمر التحضيري الاقليمي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء بأن تخصص الدول اﻷعضاء ، من أجل تطوير حالة أنشطة البحث والتطوير في مجال الفضاء في المنطقة ، المزيد من الموارد ﻷجل تلك اﻷنشطة .

Allow me at this point a personal digression. What I have just said is applicable to situations such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, to what is going on in some of the republics of the former Soviet Union, and to the case of China and Taiwan, where being members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Council and the Asian Development Bank should be a first step in encouraging them to work together in international organizations.
اسمحوا لي في هذه النقطة أن استطرد وأقول إن ما ذكرته توا يجب أن ينطبق على حالات مثل حالة البوسنة والهرسك، وعلى ما يجري في بعض جمهوريات الاتحاد السوفياتي السابق وعلى حالة الصين وتايوان حيث ينبغي أن تكون عضويتهما في مجلس التعاون الاقتصادي ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء وفي المصرف اﻵسيوي للتنمية خطوة أولى في سبيل تشجيعها على العمل معا في المنظمات الدولية.

34. The role of the Asia-Pacific Satellite Communications Council, as a regional forum for formulating a collective stand to deal with the issues of frequency planning and coordination, as well as training, should be strengthened by Member States in the region.
٤٣ - وينبغي للدول اﻷعضاء في المنطقة أن تعزز دور مجلس الاتصالات الساتلية ﻵسيا والمحيط الهادىء ، باعتباره منتدى اقليميا ، لصياغة موقف جماعي لمعالجة مسائل التخطيط والتنسيق ، وكذلك التدريب ، فيما يتعلق بالترددات .
