٤-٢ وتلاحظ اللجنة أن ادعاءات التمييز والتحيز من جانب المحاكم الكندية لم تثبت ﻷغراض القبول: فقد ظلت ادعاءات مشوشة لا تكشف بأي حال كيف يمكن أن تكون حقوق صاحب البلاغ بمقتضى المادتين ١٤ و ٢٦ من العهد قد انتهكت.

Consequently, this allegation too has not been substantiated for the purposes of admissibility under article 2 of the Optional Protocol.

13.4 As to hypothetical violations of Mr. Cox's rights to a fair trial, the State party recalls that the Committee declared the communication inadmissible with respect to articles 14 and 26 of the Covenant, since the author had not substantiated his allegations for purposes of admissibility.
