The present report describes the humanitarian assistance activities carried out in Angola since the issuance of the previous report of the Secretary General on 12 September 1995 (A/50/424), and highlights the progress made in the implementation of humanitarian activities and the demobilization process in the context of the Lusaka Protocol (S/1994/1441, annex).
