وحثت اللجنة جميع الحكومات على زيادة المساهمة في تنفيذ خطة العمل، وعلى تشجيع المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية الوطنية والمحلية ودعمها وإشراكها في تنفيذ خططها الوطنية.

L'Assemblée a de même demandé instamment aux gouvernements d'encourager et d'appuyer les organisations non gouvernementales et associations nationales et locales en les faisant participer à l'application du Plan d'action national.
وحثت الجمعية العامة أيضا الحكومات على تشجيع ودعم المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية الوطنية والمحلية وإشراكها في تنفيذ خطط عملها الوطنية.

4. Demande instamment aux gouvernements d’encourager et d’appuyer la participation des organisations non gouvernementales et les associations nationales et locales à la mise en oeuvre du plan d’action national;
٤ - تحث الحكومات على تشجيع المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية الوطنية والمحلية، ودعمها وإشراكها في تنفيذ خطط عملها الوطنية؛

b) En encourageant et en appuyant la participation des organisations non gouvernementales et associations communautaires nationales et locales à l'exécution des plans d'action nationaux;
(ب) تشجيع المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات المجتمعية الوطنية والمحلية، ودعمها وإشراكها في تنفيذ خطط عملها الوطنية؛

Il faudrait recourir aux programmes nationaux de réadaptation à vocation communautaire pour inciter les collectivités à utiliser et à développer les moyens dont elles disposent pour assurer localement l'enseignement nécessaire aux handicapés.
وينبغي استخدام البرامج المجتمعية الوطنية لتشجيع المجتمعات على استخدام وتنمية مواردها من أجل توفير التعليم المحلي للمعوقين.
