10- ويحتج المصدر بأن السيد الشمري محروم من حريته حرماناً تعسفياً، وأن احتجازه يتنافى مع القوانين السعودية المحلية ومع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة المبينة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

25. Consequently with this Opinion, the Working Group requests the Palestinian Authority to remedy the situation of Mr. Mohammad Abu-Shalbak according to the principles enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
25- وبناء على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل من السلطة الفلسطينية معالجة حالة السيد محمد أبو شلبك وفقاً للمبادئ المكرسة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

It is also a manifestation of the human rights to freedom of thought, opinion and expression, freedom of association, privacy and peaceful assembly - rights and freedoms recognized both in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

وتشير الديباجة أيضاً إلى أن الأمم المتحدة قد أعلنت في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان أن " للطفولة الحق في رعاية ومساعدة خاصتين " .

Parallèlement, Singapour respectait les droits individuels fondamentaux consacrés par la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme et sa Constitution.

Dans certains pays, ces droits ne bénéficient même pas de la protection minimale et des garanties définies dans la Déclaration UNIVERSELLE DES DROITS DE L'homme, dans le Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques et dans les instruments internationaux relatifs aux droits de l'homme.
وثمة بلدان لا تحظى فيها هذه الحقوق بالحد الأدنى من الحماية والضمانات المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية وصكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة.

Observe the right to health, as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, particularly by ensuring that the wounded and the sick, as well as the infirm and expectant mothers have easy and immediate access to medical care and are the object of protection and respect;
:: التقيد بالحق في الصحة كما هو منصوص عليه في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان خاصة من خلال تأمين وصول الجرحى والمرضى والمعوقين والحوامل وصولاً سهلاً وفورياً إلى مراكز العناية الطبية والعمل على توفير الحماية والاحترام لهم؛

(c) When the total or partial non-observance of the international norms relating to the right to a fair trial, established in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and in the relevant international instruments accepted by the States concerned, is of such gravity as to give the deprivation of liberty an arbitrary character (category III).
(ج) إذا كان عدم التقيد كلياً أو جزئياً بالقواعد الدولية المتصلة بالحق في محاكمة عادلة، وهي القواعد المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية، من الخطورة بحيث يصير الحرمان من الحرية تعسفياً (الفئة الثالثة).

Consequent upon the Opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of these persons and to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
20- وانطلاقاً من هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى الحكومة اتخاذ ما يلزم من خطوات لمعالجة حالة هؤلاء الأشخاص والعمل على مواءمة تلك الخطوات مع المعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

25. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Mr. Bauer, Ms. Shourd and Mr. Fattal and bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
25- وبناء على الرأي المقدم، يطلب الفريق العامل من الحكومة اتخاذ ما يلزم من تدابير لمعالجة قضية السيد باور والسيدة شورد والسيد فتال ومواءمتها مع المعايير والمبادئ المبينة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

35. Consequent upon the Opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Mohamed Gamal Heshmat and Hosni Omar Ali Omaar and bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
35- وانسجاماً مع هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى الحكومة اتخاذ ما يلزم من تدابير لمعالجة حالة محمد جمال حشمت وحسني عمر علي عمار ومواءمتها مع المعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

20. A judicial process in closed sessions, before a Special Court, without explicit reasons, on common criminal charges, did not appear consistent with the principles and norms contained in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights nor with the international human rights standards.
20- وإن اتخاذ الإجراء القضائي ضمن جلسات مغلقة، أمام محكمة خاصة، ودون تقديم أسباب واضحة بشأن التهم الجنائية عموماً، لا يبدو أنه يتفق مع المبادئ والمعايير الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان ولا مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

Cette privation de liberté pour une durée indéterminée est contraire aux principes énoncés par la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme.
ويعتبر هذا الحرمان من الحرية لأجل غير محدد مخالفاً للمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

Les femmes disposent de l'ensemble des libertés et des droits fondamentaux consacrés par la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme.
فقد وُهبت المرأة جميع حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية المعترف بها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

Les pays devraient garantir à tous les migrants la jouissance de tous les droits fondamentaux de la personne humaine énoncés dans la Déclaration UNIVERSELLE DES DROITS DE L'homme.
وعلى البلدان أن تكفل لجميع المهاجرين كل حقوق اﻹنسان اﻷساسية الواردة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان.

Cette oeuvre de réconciliation sera parachevée par la Déclaration sur le droit au développement qui, dans le préambule, réaffirme le principe déjà consacré par la Déclaration universelle des droits de l'homme de 1948, suivant lequel :

Enfin, elles constituent une violation manifeste du droit à la vie et au respect de l'intégrité physique qui est garanti dans la Déclaration UNIVERSELLE DES DROITS DE L'homme et dans le Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques.
وأخيراً، فإن هذه العمليات تشكل انتهاكاً واضحاً للحق في الحياة والسلامة البدنية المنصوص عليه في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وفي العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.
