" A term of up to 3 years' imprisonment shall be imposed on a parent who knowingly hands over his or her child below 18 years of age for the purpose of the child's exploitation in begging.

Under article 188 of the Code of Offences and Penalties, a term of up to seven years' imprisonment shall be imposed on any judge who deliberately returns an unlawful judgement having been swayed by a plea, a recommendation, interference or bias in favour of one of the parties in a case.
وقد نص قانون الجرائم والعقوبات في المادة 188: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سبع سنوات كل قاضي تعمد الحكم بغير الحق نتيجة رجاء أو توصية أو وساطة أو ميل لأحد الخصوم.

Having due regard to article 251 of the present Code, a term of up to 10 years' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who abducts a newborn child and a term of up to 7 years' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who conceals or swaps a child for another or who makes a fraudulent claim regarding the parentage of a child.

Article 279: " A term of up to three years' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who incites another to engage in debauchery or prostitution. If, as a result of the incitement, the offence is actually committed, the penalty shall be a term of up to seven years' imprisonment.
المادة 279: " يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات من حرض غيره على الفجور أو الدعارة فإذا وقعت الجريمة بناء على هذا التحريض تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سبع سنوات.

A term of from 3 to 10 years' imprisonment shall be imposed, if the transfer was accompanied by a sexual assault or the infliction of bodily harm. This shall be without prejudice to the imposition of the fixed penalty (hadd) [under Islamic law] or the penalties of retaliation (qisas), payment of blood money (diyah) or an indemnity for bodily injury (arsh), as the case may be.
