(أ) يعطى الموظف الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه المستمر إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بثلاثة أشهر على الأقل.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in their letter of appointment, staff members recruited under these rules shall give written notice of resignation.
)ب( ما لم يرد خلاف ذلك في كتاب التعيين، ينبغي للموظف المعين بموجب هذه القواعد أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in their letters of appointment, 30 days= written notice of resignation shall be given by project personnel having fixed-term appointments.
(ب) ما لم يرد نص مخالف في كتاب التعيين، على موظف المشاريع المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما.

(b) Staff members holding an indefinite appointment may resign by giving thirty days' written notice.
(ب) يجوز للموظفين المعينين لمدة غير محدودة أن يستقيلوا بموجب إشعار كتابي بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما؛

(b) A staff member whose temporary appointment is to be terminated shall be given not less than thirty days' written notice of such termination or such notice as may otherwise be stipulated in his or her letter of appointment.
)ب( يعطى الموظف الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه المؤقت إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بثلاثين يوما على اﻷقل أو بأية مدة أخرى يكون منصوصا عليها في كتاب تعيينه.

(b) A staff member whose temporary appointment is to be terminated shall be given not less than thirty days' written notice of such termination or such written notice as may otherwise be stipulated in his or her letter of appointment.
)ب( يعطى الموظف الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه المؤقت إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بثلاثين يوما على الأقل أو بأية مدة أخرى يكون منصوصا عليها في كتاب تعيينه.

(a) Project personnel whose appointments are to be terminated prior to the expiration date specified in the letter of appointment shall be given not less than one month=s written notice of termination or such notice as may otherwise be stipulated in their letters of appointment.
(أ) يعطى موظف المشاريع الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه قبل التاريخ المحدد لانتهائه في كتاب التعيين إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بمدة لا تقل عن شهر واحد أو بأي مدة أخرى يكون منصوصا عليها في كتاب تعيينه.

(b) A staff member whose temporary appointment is to be terminated shall be given not less than thirty days' written notice of such termination or such written notice as may otherwise be stipulated in his or her letter of appointment.
(ب) يعطى الموظف الذي يتقرر إنهاء تعيينه المؤقت إشعارا كتابيا بذلك قبل إنهاء خدمته بثلاثين يوما على الأقل أو بأية مدة أخرى يكون منصوصا عليها في كتاب تعيينه.

)ب( ما لم يرد نص مخالف في كتاب التعيين، على الموظف المعيّن تعيينا دائما أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثة أشهر، وعلى الموظف المعيّن تعيينا مؤقتا أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما.

)ب( ما لم يرد نص مخالف في كتاب التعيين، على الموظف المعيﱠن تعيينا دائما أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثة أشهر، وعلى الموظف المعيﱠن تعيينا مؤقتا أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما.

(b) Unless otherwise specified in their letters of appointment, three months' written notice of resignation shall be given by staff members having permanent or continuing appointments, and thirty days' written notice of resignation by those having a probationary, fixed-term or indefinite appointment.
)ب( ما لم يرد نص مخالف في كتاب التعيين، على الموظف المعيّن تعيينا دائما أو تعيينا مستمرا أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثة أشهر، وعلى الموظف المعيّن تعيينا مؤقتا تحت الاختبار أو لمدة محددة أو لمدة غير محددة أن يعطي إشعارا كتابيا بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما.

(b) Staff members holding an indefinite appointment may resign by giving 30 days' written notice.
(ب) يجوز للموظفين المعينين لمدة غير محدودة أن يستقيلوا بموجب إشعار كتابي بالاستقالة قبل موعدها بثلاثين يوما.
