4-2 ووفقاً لما ذكره فريق الخبراء المشار إليه أعلاه، كانت المواد المكتوبة التي صودرت في منزلي صاحبي البلاغ متطابقة مع إيديولوجيا الجماعة الدينية المتطرفة لحزب التحرير. كما أن ذنب صاحبي البلاغ قد تأكد بالإفادات التي أدلى بها شهود عيان وكذلك بأدلة مستندية وأدلة أخرى ذات صلة.

According to the source Mr. Jalilov asserted his innocence on all counts, and testified that he had confessed to membership of Hizb ut-Tahrir under coercion and torture.
وقال المصدر إن السيد جليلوف أكد براءته من جميع التهم، وأكد أنه اعترف كرهاً وبفعل التعذيب بعضويته في حزب التحرير.

Also, according to the source, there was no reference in the judgment to the law which prohibits membership of the Hizb ut-Tahrir group.
