"Mandean" - Translation from English to Arabic

During the reporting period, my Special Representative met members of the Iraq Minority Council and other representatives of the Christian, Shabak, Yazidi and Sabean Mandean communities, in Baghdad, Kirkuk and Ninewa.
وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، التقى ممثلي الخاص بأعضاء من مجلس الأقليات العراقية وغيرهم من ممثلي طوائف المسيحيين والشبك والأيزيديين والصابئة المندائيين في بغداد وكركوك ونينوى.

My Special Representative met with key leaders from the Christian, Yezidi, Shebek and Sabean Mandean communities to reassure them of the continued engagement of the United Nations on the issue of minority representation.
والتقى ممثلي الخاص مع كبار زعماء طوائف المسيحيين واليزيديين والشبك والصابئة المندائيين، من أجل طمأنتهم بمواصلة الأمم المتحدة اتصالاتها المتعلقة بمسألة تمثيل الأقليات.

In November 2008, the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief and the independent expert on minority issues brought to the attention of the Government information regarding incidents involving members of the Sabean Mandean community; whose situation remained of serious concern to UNAMI.
وفي تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008، قام كل من المقرر الخاص المعني بحرية الدين أو المعتقد، والخبير المستقل المعني بقضايا الأقليات بتوجيه اهتمام الحكومة إلى معلومات تتعلق بحوادث تشمل أفراد طائفة الصابئة المندائيين(157) التي لا تزال حالتها مصدر قلق بالغ للبعثة(158).

:: Christianity is taught in approximately 125 elementary and secondary schools, as well as kindergartens, in most Iraqi governorates, in accordance with the curriculum set by the general directorate for curricula. In addition, the Syriac language is taught in 417 schools and the Turkmen language in 475. The Mandean language is taught in Baghdad and the Yazidi faith in the Nineveh plain;
- تدرس مادة التربية الدينية المسيحية في قرابة (125) مدرسة بين ابتدائية وثانوية ورياض أطفال بأغلب المحافظات العراقية بموجب المناهج المقررة من المديرية العامة للمناهج التربوية فضلاً عن تدريس مادة اللغة السريانية في (417) مدرسة والتركمانية في (475) مدرسة واللغة المندائية في بغداد والديانة الأيزيدية في سهل نينوى.
