The Committee suggests that departmental and municipal authorities request technical cooperation from UNICEF in order to strengthen their capacity to integrate a child rights perspective in their administration.

(c) Adopt a child rights perspective in its budgeting process to ensure adequate and identifiable allocations for children in all relevant sectors and agencies, as well as specific indicators and a tracking system.
(ج) اعتماد منظور حقوق الطفل في عملية الميزنة لضمان وجود مخصصات كافية ومحددة خصيصاً للأطفال في جميع القطاعات والوكالات ذات الصلة، فضلاً عن مؤشرات محددة ونظام تتبع.

(b) Evaluate the financial resource allocations at the central and municipal levels from a child rights perspective to ensure adequate realization of child rights and prevent disparities among children of different municipalities and/or geographic locations.
