Programmes and strategies should be developed to ensure that measures are in place to promote the physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of a child victim of, inter alia, neglect, sexual exploitation, abuse, family conflict, violence, drug abuse, as well as of children in the system of administration of justice.
وينبغي وضع البرامج والاستراتيجيات لضمان اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتشجيع التأهيل البدني والنفسي واعادة الاندماج الاجتماعي للطفل الذي يقع ضحية جملة أمور من بينها الاهمال والاستغلال الجنسي وسوء الاستعمال والنزاع الاسري والعنف وإساءة استعمال العقاقير باﻹضافة إلى اﻷطفال الخاضعين لنظام قضاء اﻷحداث.
