16. The Committee recommends that the State establish, with the support of all relevant partners including UNICEF, a consolidated system for the comprehensive collection and analysis of data, in order to effectively analyze, monitor and assess the impact of laws, policies and programmes for all the areas covered by the Convention and the two Optional Protocols.
16- توصي اللجنة بأن تضع الدولة، بدعم من جميع الشركاء المعنيين بما في ذلك اليونيسيف، نظاماً موحداً لجمع البيانات وتحليلها بشكل شامل، من أجل تحليل تأثير القوانين والسياسات والبرامج في جميع المجالات التي تشملها الاتفاقية والبروتوكولان الاختياريان ورصد هذا التأثير وتقييمه بفعالية.

(20) The Committee encourages the State party to proceed with its efforts to establish a consolidated system for the comprehensive collection and analysis of disaggregated data allowing for comparative analysis covering all children, with specific attention to groups of children who are in need of special protection.
20) تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة جهودها في سبيل إنشاء نظام موحد لجمع وتحليل البيانات المفصلة على نحو شامل بما يتيح إجراء تحليل مقارن يشمل جميع الأطفال مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لمجموعات الأطفال التي تحتاج إلى حماية خاصة.

7. The Committee recommends that the State party establish a consolidated system for systematic data collection, in order to effectively analyse, monitor and assess the impact of laws, policies and programmes for all the areas covered by the Optional Protocol.
7- توصي اللجنة بأن تنشئ الدولة الطرف نظاماً موحداً للجمع المنهجي للبيانات، وذلك من أجل تحليل أثر القوانين والسياسات والبرامج ورصدها وتقييمها بصورة فعالة فيما يتعلق بجميع المجالات المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري.
