Article 28 of the Juveniles Act made provision for the establishment of juvenile courts vested with sole jurisdiction to hear cases involving juveniles accused of a felony or a misdemeanour.
168- نصت المادة 28 من قانون الأحداث على تشكيل محاكم خاصة للأحداث تختص وحدها دون غيرها في النظر في أمر الحدث عند اتهامه في جناية أو جنحة.

Any health professional who, having aided a person appearing to be the victim of a felony or a misdemeanour which is subject to prosecution without a complaint, fails to inform the authorities thereof shall be liable to the fine specified in the preceding article.
من قام حال مزاولته إحدى المهن الصحية بإسعاف شخص يبدو أنه وقعت عليه جناية أو جنحة تجوز ملاحقتها دون شكوى ولم ينبئ السلطة بها عوقب بالغرامة المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة.

Moreover, article 57 of the Code of Criminal Procedure stipulates that anyone who deems himself to be the victim of a felony or a misdemeanour has the right to file a complaint with the Department of Public Prosecutions, which has an obligation to institute public proceedings if the complainant brings a personal action;
كما أن قانون أصول المحاكمات الجزائية نص في المادة 57 منه على أن لكل شخص يعد نفسه متضرراً من جراء جناية أو جنحة أن يقدم شكوى للنيابة العامة لتحريك الدعوى العامة إذا نصب الشاكي نفسه مدعياً شخصياً.

225. The juvenile's guardian or person in whose custody he is placed is informed that it is essential for the juvenile to be represented by counsel, regardless of whether the offence in the case is a felony or a misdemeanour.
225- ويبلغ ولي الحدث أو الشخص المسلم إليه وجوب تعيين محام للحدث فيما إذا كان الفعل جناية أو جنحة.

(b) If he is convicted of a felony or a misdemeanour prejudicial to honour, trustworthiness or public security.
)ب( إذا حكم عليه في جناية أو جنحة مخلة بالشرف أو الامانة، أو اﻷمن العام.

211. It may also be withdrawn if he is convicted of a felony or a misdemeanour denoting lack of integrity. Such convictions are in most cases accompanied by an expulsion order issued by the judge who hears the case.
١١٢- أو إذا حكم عليه في جناية أو جنحة مخلة بالشرف وغالباً ما يكون الحكم مشمولاً بقرار اﻹبعاد، صادر عن القاضي الذي ينظر الدعوى.

A juvenile over 14 but under 16 years of age who commits a felony or a misdemeanour is not liable to capital punishment, imprisonment with hard labour or flogging.
166- أما إذا ارتكب الحدث الذي تجاوز سن الرابعة عشرة ولم يبلغ السادسة عشرة جناية أو جنحة فلا توقع عليه عقوبة الإعدام أو الحبس المقترن بالأشغال الشاقة أو الجلد.

" A juvenile over 14 but under 16 years of age who commits a felony or a misdemeanour shall not be sentenced to capital punishment or imprisonment with hard labour or flogging but, instead, shall be liable to one of the following penalties:
" إذا ارتكب الحدث الذي تجاوز عمره أربع عشرة سنة ولم يبلغ ست عشرة سنة جناية أو جنحة فلا يجوز الحكم عليه بالإعدام أو الحبس المقترن بالأشغال الشاقة أو الجلد بل يحكم عليه بإحدى العقوبات التالية:

The juvenile court is vested with sole competence to hear cases in which juveniles are charged with a felony or a misdemeanour or in which the Juvenile Welfare Authority deems them to be at risk of becoming delinquent (art. 27).
هذا وتختص محكمة اﻷحداث دون غيرها بالنظر في أمر الحدث عند اتهامه في جناية أو جنحة أو عند تعرضه للانحراف إذا رأت هيئة رعاية اﻷحداث ذلك )المادة ٧٢(.

57. Article 3 of the Penal Code also stipulates that any Egyptian suspected of committing abroad an act that is regarded as a felony or a misdemeanour under the Penal Code must be punished, if he returns to Egyptian territory, provided that the act is punishable under the law of the country in which it was committed.
57- كما نصت المادة الثالثة من قانون العقوبات على معاقبة كل مصري ارتكب في الخارج فعلا يعتبر جناية أو جنحة طبقاً لقانون العقوبات وذلك إذا عاد المتهم إلى الأراضي المصرية وكان الفعل معاقباً عليه بمقتضى قانون البلد الذي ارتكب فيه فعل التعذيب.

4. Egypt stated that pursuant to articles 3 and 4 of its Criminal Code, any Egyptian who perpetrates abroad an act that is considered a felony or a misdemeanour under that Code is liable to punishment in accordance with the provisions thereof, provided that:
4 - ذكرت مصر أنه وفقاً للمادتين 3 و 4 من قانونها الجنائي، فإن أي مواطن مصري يرتكب في الخارج فعلاً يُعتبر جناية أو جنحة بموجب ذلك القانون يتعرض لعقوبة وفقاً لأحكام القانون، على أن تتوافر الشروط التالية:

15. In pursuance of the Iraqi legislator's resolve to design machinery to guarantee the right to freedom and to protection against arbitrary arrest, the Ministry of Justice issued Directive No. 4 (1988), published in the Official Gazette on 11 July 1988, recommending that investigators should notify the examining magistrate of any information reaching them regarding the commission of a felony or a misdemeanour.
١٥ - وتأكيدا من المُشرع العراقي على رسم آلية لضمان الحق في الحرية وعدم الاعتقال التعسفي فقد أصدرت وزارة العدل التعليمات رقم )٤( لسنة ١٩٨٨ نشرت في الجريدة الرسمية يوم ١١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٨٨، أوصت القائمين بالتحقيق إشعار قاضي التحقيق بأي أخبار ترد إليهم عن وقوع جناية أو جنحة.

Article 12: Omani law shall apply to any alien, whether a perpetrator, an instigator or an accomplice, who commits a felony or a misdemeanour outside the country that is punishable under Omani law and not provided for under articles 8, 10 and 11 of this Act and who is found in Omani territory after the act has been committed.
المادة (12): تطبق الشريعة العُمانية على كل أجنبي، فاعلا كان أو محرضا أو متدخلا، اقترف في الخارج جناية أو جنحة معاقبا عليها في الشريعة العُمانية وغير منصوص عليها في المواد (8، 10، 11) من هذا القانون ووجد بعد اقترافها في الأراضي العُمانية

134. Under article 3 of the Penal Code, " Every Egyptian citizen who commits, while out of the country, an offence designated a felony or a misdemeanour under this Code shall be liable to prosecution for that offence upon his return to Egypt, unless he was prosecuted therefor under the law of the country in which the offence was committed. "
134- عملاً بالمادة رقم 3 من قانون العقوبات " كل مصري ارتكب وهو في خارج القطر فعلاً يعتبر جناية أو جنحة في هذا القانون يعاقب بمقتضى أحكامه إذا عاد إلى القطر وكان الفعل معاقباً عليه بمقتضى قانون البلد الذي ارتكب فيه " .

With regard to the child's right to a fair trial and to legal assistance, article 28 of the Juveniles Act stipulates: " The juvenile court shall be solely competent to hear the cases of juveniles accused of a felony or a misdemeanour or at risk of delinquency and to adjudicate in disputes concerning the enforcement of judgements handed down against them. "
66- وفي مجال كفالة حق الطفل في محاكمة عادلة وتقديم المساعدة القانونية لـه، نصت المادة (28) من قانون الأحداث على أن " تختص محكمة الأحداث دون غيرها في النظر في أمر الحدث عند اتهامه في جناية أو جنحة أو عند تعرضه للانحراف؛ والفصل في المنازعات الناشئة عن تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة ضد الحدث " .
