١ ـ عندما يراد ملء منصب انتخابي، أو أكثر، في وقت واحد وبنفس الشروط، ينتخب، بعدد لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب، المرشحون الحاصلون في الاقتراع اﻷول على أغلبية اﻷصوات المدلى بها وعلى أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات.

Those candidates, in a number not exceeding the number of places to be filled, obtaining a majority of the votes cast and the largest number of votes, shall be elected.
وينتخب بعدد لا يتجاوز عدد المناصب المقرر شغلها، المرشحون الذين يحصلون على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وأكبر عدد من الأصوات.

1- متى أريد شغل منصب انتخابي واحد أو أكثر في وقت واحد وبالشروط نفسها، يُنتخب المرشحون الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المدلى بها وأكبر عدد من الأصوات، على أن لا يتجاوز عددهم عدد تلك المناصب.

١ - إذا أريد شغل منصبين أو أكثر من المناصب الانتخابية في وقت واحد وبشروط واحدة، ينتخب عدد من المرشحين لا يتجاوز عدد تلك المناصب من بين المرشحين الذين حصلوا في الاقتراع اﻷول على أغلبية الممثلين الحاضرين المصوتين.
