Any member of the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties representing a Party to the Convention but, at that time, not a Party to this Protocol, shall be replaced by an additional member in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 3, of the Kyoto Protocol.
ويُستبدل بأي عضو من أعضاء مكتب مؤتمر الأطراف يمثل طرفاً في الاتفاقية ولكن لا يكون في الوقت ذاته طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول عضوٌ إضافي وفقاً للفقرة 3 من المادة 13.

Any regional economic integration organization which becomes a Party to this Protocol without any of its member States being a Party shall be bound by all the obligations under this Protocol.
٢- أي منظمة للتكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمي تصبح طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول بدون أن يكون أي من الدول اﻷعضاء فيها طرفاً فيه تكون ملزمة بكل الالتزامات بموجب هذا البروتوكول.

Therefore, any State that becomes a Party to this Protocol but is not a party to another international instrument referred to in the Protocol would not become subject to any right, obligation or responsibility under that instrument.
وعليه فان أي دولة تصبح طرفا في هذا البروتوكول ولكنها ليست طرفا في صك دولي آخر مشار اليه في هذا البروتوكول، لن تصبح خاضعة لأي حق أو التزام أو مسؤولية تترتب على ذلك الصك.

Therefore, any State that becomes a Party to this Protocol but is not a party to another international instrument referred to in the Protocol would not become subject to any right, obligation or responsibility under that other instrument.
وعليه فان أي دولة تصبح طرفا في هذا البروتوكول ولكنها ليست طرفا في صك دولي آخر مشار اليه في هذا البروتوكول لن تصبح خاضعة لأي حق أو التزام أو مسؤولية تترتب على ذلك الصك.

The application of the provisions of this Protocol is without prejudice to the application of the provisions of Amended Protocol II, save that where a Party to this Protocol is also a party to Amended Protocol II, the provisions of Article 4 of this Protocol and not the provisions of Article 6(3) of Amended Protocol II shall apply.
لا ينتقص تطبيق أحكام هذا البروتوكول من تطبيق أحكام البروتوكول الثاني المعدل، باستثناء أن أحكام المادة 4 من هذا البروتوكول هي التي تنطبق، وليس أحكام المادة 6(3) من البروتوكول الثاني المعدل، إذا كان الطرف في هذا البروتوكول طرفاً أيضاً في البروتوكول الثاني المعدل.

(a) " Party " means, unless the context otherwise indicates, a Party to this Protocol.
" طرف " يعني طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول ما لم يتم النص على خلاف ذلك.

37. A regional economic integration organization that becomes a Party to this Protocol pursuant to Article 24.1 shall include in its national communication information on the implementation of:
37- على كل منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمية تصبح طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول بمقتضى المادة 24-1 أن تدرج في بلاغها الوطني معلومات عن تنفيذ ما يلي:

13- على كل منظمة تكامل اقتصادي إقليمي تصبح طرفاً في هذا البروتوكول بمقتضى المادة 24-1 أن تُدرج في بلاغها الوطني معلومات عن تنفيذ ما يلي:

No communication shall be received by the Committee if it concerns a State Party to the Convention that is not a Party to this Protocol.
ولن تتسلم اللجنة أي رسالة إذا كانت تتعلق بدولة طرف في الاتفاقية وليست طرفا في هذا البروتوكول.

Somalia is not a Party to this Protocol.
وليست الصومال طرفا في هذا البروتوكول.

" Party " means, unless the context otherwise indicates, a Party to this Protocol.
(ب) يعني " الطرف " أي طرف في هذا البروتوكول ما لم يدل السياق على خلاف ذلك.
