Article 5 of Organic Act No. 6/1984 provides as follows: " Any person in State authority, agent thereof or civil servant shall bring immediately to the attention of the competent judge any habeas corpus application formulated by a person deprived of liberty who is in his or her custody.
وتنص المادة 5 من القانون الأساسي رقم 6/1984 على ما يلي: " يقوم كل شخص في سلطة الدولة، أو موظف فيها أو موظف حكومي فوراً باسترعاء انتباه القاضي المختص بأي طلب للمثول أمام المحكمة يقدمه شخص محروم من حريته ويوجد قيد الحجز.

2. 2- تتخذ تدابير ملائمة عند الاقتضاء لضمان حماية الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، فضلاً عن الأشخاص المشتركين في التحقيق، من كل سوء معاملة أو تخويف أو عقاب بسبب البحث عن معلومات عن شخص محروم من حريته " .

184. Article 18.2 of the Convention provides that " appropriate measures shall be taken, where necessary, to protect the persons referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, as well as persons participating in the investigation or the search for information concerning a person deprived of liberty " .
184- وتنص المادة 18-2 من الاتفاقية على أن " تتخذ تدابير ملائمة عند الاقتضاء لضمان حماية الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، فضلاً عن الأشخاص المشاركين في التحقيق، من كل سوء معاملة أو تخويف أو عقاب بسبب البحث عن معلومات عن شخص محروم من حريته " .

It was also suggested that paragraph 1 (c) should specify that information relating to the transfer of a person deprived of liberty referred to a transfer " to another place of detention " and also concerned " the destination of and the authority responsible for the transfer " .
