٤ - في حالة نشوء شاغر في دوائر المحاكمة، يقوم اﻷمين العام، بعد التشاور مع رئيسي مجلس اﻷمن والجمعية العامة، بتعيين شخص يكون مستوفيا للمؤهلات المبينة في الفقرة ١ أعلاه، للفترة المتبقية من فترة العضوية المعنية.
