Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if that person unlawfully and intentionally proceeds with the financing of a person or organization in the knowledge that such financing will be used, in full or in part, to commit:
يخرق هذه الاتفاقية، أي شخص يقوم بصورة غير مشروعة ومتعمدة، بتمويل شخص أو منظمة وهو يعلم أن هذا التمويل سيستخدم، كليا أو جزئيا، في ارتكاب:

“Financing” means the provision of funds, assets or other property to a person or organization.
يُقصد بتعبير " التمويل " توفير اﻷموال أو اﻷصول أو غيرها من الممتلكات إلى شخص أو منظمة.

26. Some measure of immunity serves an important purpose. It is designed to enable a person or organization to discharge its responsibilities independently.

Paragraph 1 1. Any person commits an offence within the meaning of this Convention if, without any lawful justification, that person proceeds to the financing of a person or organization in the knowledge that such financing is or is likely to be used, in full or in part, in order to prepare or commit:
١ - يعتبر أي شخص مرتكبا لجريمة، ضمن مدلول هذه الاتفاقية، إذا قام دون أي مبرر مشروع بتمويل شخص أو منظمة وهو يعلم أن هذا التمويل من المرجح أن يستخدم، كليا أو جزئيا، في اﻹعداد لارتكاب أو في ارتكاب:

(b) Any reception of funds, assets or other property by a person or organization;
)ب( جميع أشكال استلام شخص أو منظمة لﻷموال أو اﻷصول أو غيرها من الممتلكات؛

(c) The organization and implementation of all types of fund-raising on behalf of a person or organization.
)ج( تنظيم وتنفيذ أي عمليات جمع لﻷموال لصالح شخص أو منظمة.

For example, in Fiji, the reduction or refund of a fiscal duty paid or payable by a person or organization in respect of goods imported into Fiji, may be obtained on the basis of a written request outlining, inter alia, the benefits to the country of the concession sought.

388 - وقد يعلن التشريع الوطني صراحة عدم الاعتداد بتوقيت إدانة الأجنبي بالمقارنة مع بدء نفاذ القانون،() وقد يعتبر() أو لا يعتبر() كون الأجنبي قد تمكن من الدخول بمساعدة شخص أو منظمة تقوم بنشاط غير مشروع مسوغا السماح بالدخول.

131.
