33 - وخلص فريق الاستعراض، آخذا في حسبانه هذه الاتجاهات الإيجابية ومُلاحظا في الوقت نفسه القدرات العسكرية الكبيرة التي ما زالت متواجدة في الجزيرة، إلى أن تجدد القتال في قبرص أصبح مستبعدا بصورة متزايدة، غير أن احتمال وقوع حوادث عنف محلية طفيفة وتحديات لنظام وقف إطلاق النار ما زال قائما.
