1 - في حالة الحاجة إلى انتخاب شخص واحد، ولم يحصل أي مرشح في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية الأصوات المطلوبة، يجري اقتراع ثان يقتصر على المرشحين اللذين حصلا على أكبر عدد من الأصوات.
