At its fifty-first session, in its resolution 1995/28, the Commission decided that the final programme of activities for 1995 should be that contained in the annex to that resolution and took note of the recommendation contained in resolution 49/214 of the General Assembly that a second technical meeting on the planning of the Decade should be convened immediately prior to the thirteenth session of the Working Group on Indigenous Populations.
