In November 1999, the Committee considered the Government's response to the conclusions and recommendations contained in the report and, on 15 November 1999, it consulted representatives of the Government concerning the possibility of including a summary account of the results of the inquiry in the Committee's annual report, as required by article 20, paragraph 5, of the Convention.

1. After all the proceedings of the Committee regarding an inquiry made under article 20 of the Convention have been completed, the Committee may decide, after consultations with the State party concerned, to include a summary account of the results of the proceedings in its annual report made in accordance with article 24 of the Convention.
1- بعد استكمال اللجنة لجميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بإجراء تحقيق بموجب المادة 20 من الاتفاقية، للجنة أن تقرر، بالتشاور مع الدولة الطرف المعنية، إدراج بيان موجز عن نتائج الإجراءات في تقريرها السنوي الذي تقدمه وفقاً للمادة 24 من الاتفاقية.

In view of the State party's reiterated opposition to the publication of the full report, the Committee decided, pursuant to article 20, paragraph 5, of the Convention, to include in its annual report to the General Assembly a summary account of the results of the proceedings (see annex XIII).
وبالنظر إلى إعادة تأكيد الدولة الطرف على معارضتها لنشر التقرير كاملا، قررت اللجنة، عملاً بالفقرة 5 من المادة 20، من الاتفاقية، أن تدرج في تقريرها السنوي إلى الجمعية العامة موجزاً عن نتائج إجراءات التحقيق (انظر المرفق الثالث عشر).
