فإذا كان هناك زوج أو ولد معال أو أكثر على قيد الحياة، دفع للزوج والأولاد المعالين الباقين على قيد الحياة مبلغ مقطوع يعادل المرتب الإجمالي لثلاثة أشهر مخصوما منه الاقتطاع الإلزامي من المرتب، ويقسم المبلغ بالتساوي بين هؤلاء المستفيدين.
