The Outcome Document (A/CONF.192/ BMS/2010/3), approved by consensus, is a useful tool in efforts to continue effectively addressing a range of issues, such as efforts to prevent and combat the illicit trade in arms across borders, international cooperation and assistance, and the implementation of the International Instrument to Enable States to Identify and Trace, in a Timely and Reliable Manner, Illicit Small Arms and Light Weapons.
