الدول الأطراف التي استعملت ذخائرنا العنقودية المتروكة التي أصبحت مخلفات ذخائر عنقودية واقعة في مناطق مشمولة بولاية دولة طرف أخرى أو خاضعة لسيطرتها تشجَّع بقوة على تقديم المساعدة إلى الدولة الطرف الأخيرة لتسهيل وضع العلامات على مخلفات الذخائر العنقودية تلك، وإزالتها وتدميرها.

7. `Cluster munition remnants' means failed cluster munitions, abandoned cluster munitions and unexploded submunitions.
7- يُقصد ﺑ `الذخائر العنقودية من مخلفات الحرب` الذخائر العنقودية الفاشلة والذخائر العنقودية المتروكة والذخائر العنقودية غير المنفجرة.

6. `Cluster munition remnants' means failed cluster munitions, abandoned cluster munitions and unexploded submunitions.
6- يُقصد ﺑ `مخلفات الذخائر العنقودية` الذخائر العنقودية الفاشلة والذخائر العنقودية المتروكة والذخائر العنقودية غير المنفجرة.

5. " abandoned cluster munition " means cluster munition that has not been used during an armed conflict and that has been left behind or dumped by a party to an armed conflict, and which is no longer under the control of the party that left it behind or dumped it.
5- يُقصد ﺑ " الذخائر العنقودية المتروكة " الذخائر العنقودية التي لم تستخدم في أثناء نزاع مسلح، وتركها أو ألقاها طرف في نزاع مسلح ولم تعد خاضعة لسيطرة الطرف الذي تركها أو ألقاها.

6. abandoned cluster munitions means cluster munitions or explosive submunitions that have not been used and that have been left behind or dumped, and that are no longer under the control of the party that left them behind or dumped them.
6- يُقصد ﺑالذخيرة العنقودية المتروكة الذخائر العنقودية أو الذخائر الفرعية المتفجرة التي لم تستخدم وتركت أو جرى التخلص منها، والتي لم تعد خاضعة لسيطرة الطرف الذي تركها أو تخلص منها.

5. `Abandoned cluster munitions' means cluster munitions or explosive submunitions that have not been used during an armed conflict, that have been left behind or dumped by a party to an armed conflict or in a situation arising directly from an armed conflict, and that are no longer under the control of the party that left them behind or dumped them.
5- يُقصد ﺑ `الذخيرة العنقودية المتروكة` الذخائر العنقودية أو الذخائر الفرعية المتفجرة التي لم تُستخدم خلال نزاع مسلح، وتركها أو تخلص منها طرف من الأطراف في نزاع مسلح أو في وضع ناشئ مباشرة عن نزاع مسلح ولم تعد خاضعة لسيطرة الطرف الذي تركها أو تخلص منها.
