وإذ يعرب عن صادق تقديره لخادم الحرمين الشريفين، الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، ولحكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على تنظيم هذه القمة ولما تخص به المملكة الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي من دعم متواصل؛

Second - Establish the " King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz International Center for Civilizational Interaction " with a view to disseminating the culture of dialogue, training people and developing their skills according to specific academic foundations.
2 - إنشاء " مركز الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز الدولي للتواصل بين الحضارات " ؛ بهدف إشاعة ثقافة الحوار، وتدريب وتنمية مهاراته وفق أسس علمية دقيقة.

Third - Create the " King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz Award for Civilizational Dialogue " to be granted to international personalities and organizations that contribute effectively in promoting dialogue in a manner that helps achieve its desired objectives.
3 - إنشاء " جائزة الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز العالمية للحوار الحضاري " ، ومنحها للشخصيات والهيئات العالمية التي تسهم في تطوير الحوار وتحقيق أهدافه.

At the conclusion of the conference, the participants expressed their profound gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz Al-Saud for his patronage of this grand conference and hope that he supports its resolutions and recommendations.

At the Beirut Summit, the Arab countries expressed their adherence to the option of peace that is based on justice and right through the initiative of Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz. That was a historic opportunity to establish peace in one of the most important and sensitive regions of the world.

As I extend sincere congratulations to President al-Asad and wish him success in steering serious and productive Arab action, it is my pleasure to extend great appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who presided over the last summit with his customary zeal for his Arab identity and devotion to his faith, for his formidable support for the role of the Arab League.

The Conference expressed appreciation to HRH Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his kind initiative to restructure the Islamic Fiqh Academy so that it can perform the major tasks it is assigned at this critical moment. It called on Member States to continue assisting the Academy and to help it financially and morally to carry out the restructuring exercise.
