In this context, the following actions have been developed with the view to promote and ensure the access of persons with disabilities to health care and to give all such persons and their families better living conditions, namely:

The Committee is also concerned about the limited access of persons with disabilities to cultural activities and the Internet (arts. 2, 13 and 15).
