94- وتؤكد اللجنة مجددا قلقها إزاء حالات اختفاء كثيرة في المغرب لم يجد لها المجلس الاستشاري المعني بحقوق الإنسان حلا بعد أو لم تحل إليه بعد، وأنه استنادا إلى الوفد فإن الوقت المناسب لم يحن بعد للتحقيق في المسؤولية عن تلك الاختفاءات.

The Committee notes the information provided by the State party which indicates that during the period under review no cases were dismissed because the evidence or testimonies submitted were obtained through torture or ill-treatment, although, according to the delegation, neither was torture as a procedure invoked in any case (arts. 2 and 15).
وتحيط اللجنة علماً بالمعلومات المقدمة من الدولة الطرف التي تفيد بأن فترة الاستعراض لم تشهد أي حالة أوقفت فيها الدعوى لأن الأدلة أو الاعترافات انتُزعت عن طريق التعذيب أو سوء المعاملة؛ ومن جهة أخرى، أشار الوفد إلى أنه لم يُحتج في أي قضية من القضايا باتخاذ التعذيب وسيلة (المادتان 2 و15).
