according to this law (art. 4, para. 3,4,6; art.5 para. 1,7) visa and entry into the country shall be denied to foreigners if there is available information that they belong to criminal/terrorist groups or organizations or that they are engaged in those activities, in illegal trade in arms and weapons, as well as illegal traffic of narcotics and psychotropic substances and of raw materials for production thereof.
ووفقا لهذا القانون (الفقرات 3 و 4 و 6 من المادة 4 والفقرتان 1 و 7 من المادة 7) يُرفض منح الأجانب تأشيرات أو يسمح بدخولهم البلاد إذا كانت هناك معلومات متاحة بأنهم ينتمون إلى جماعات أو منظمات إجرامية/إرهابية أو أنهم ضالعون في تلك الأنشطة، وفي الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة والاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية والمواد الخام الداخلة في إنتاجها.

according to this law, the criteria for registration include adherence to democratic principles and the use of peaceful means within the framework of a healthy political debate.
وتنص المعايير المحددة لتسجيل الأحزاب بموجب هذا القانون على مراعاة مبادئ الديمقراطية واللجوء إلى أساليب سلمية في إطار مناقشات سياسية مجدية.

The Working Group was also informed that according to this law, news, acts, activities, information, documents and places may be covered by State secrecy for at least 15 years.
كما علم الفريق العامل أنه وفقاً لهذا القانون فإن الأخبار والأفعال والأنشطة والمعلومات والوثائق والأماكن يجوز أن تشملها أسرار الدولة لفترة 15 سنة على الأقل.

according to this law, compulsory education applies to all children between the ages of five (compulsory kindergarten) and 15 (10th grade) inclusive, and it is to be provided free of charge.
وينطبق التعليم اﻹلزامي بموجب هذا القانون على جميع اﻷطفال الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين سن الخامسة )رياض اﻷطفال اﻹلزامية( ونهاية السنة ٥١ )الصف العاشر(، ويتعين توفيره بالمجان.

according to this law, the State shall ensure, as required by law, protection of migrant workers without distinction of race, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion, gender, political affiliation, wealth or social origin (Article 4(2)).
وتكفل الدولة، بموجب هذا القانون ووفق ما تقتضيه أحكامه، حماية العمال المهاجرين دون تمييز على أساس العرق أو الجنسية أو الأصل الإثني أو اللغة أو الدين أو نوع الجنس أو الانتماء السياسي أو الثروة أو الأصل الاجتماعي (المادة 4(2)).

233. No party can function as a party in Montenegro if not registered according to this law or if its head office is not located in Montenegro (Article 5).
233- لا يمكن لأي حزب أن يعمل كحزب في الجبل الأسود إذا لم يتم تسجيله وفقاً لهذا القانون أو إذا كان مكتبه الرئيسي لا يقع في الجبل الأسود (المادة 5).

230. Furthermore, according to this Law: Any person may submit an application to the Ombudsman when he/she considers that his/her constitutional and legal freedoms and rights have been violated or when there has been a breach of the principles of non-discrimination and of equitable representation of persons belonging to the communities in bodies having public competences.
230- وعلاوة على ذلك، ينص هذا القانون على أنه يجوز لأي شخص أن يتقدَّم بطلب إلى ديوان المظالم عندما يرى أن حريته وحقوقه الدستورية قد انتهكت أو عندما ينتهك مبدأي عدم التمييز والتمثيل المنصف للأشخاص المنتمين إلى الجماعات في الهيئات ذات الاختصاصات العامة.
