34 - وأما من ناحية اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية، فينبغي لها أن تحقق الاتساق في المنظومة عند نظرها في الميزانية التي يقدمها الأمين العام إلى الجمعية العامة، وفي الميزانيات الإدارية للوكالات المتخصصة، والمقترحات المتعلقة بترتيبات مالية مع هذه الوكالات؛ وعند نظرها في تقارير مراجعي حسابات الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة وتقديمها تقارير عن ذلك إلى الجمعية العامة().
