56. This subsection requires States parties to ensure that public authorities and institutions refrain from engaging in any act or practice of discrimination.
٥٦ - تشترط هذه المادة الفرعية على الدول اﻷطراف أن تكفل امتناع السلطات والمؤسسات العامة عن أي عمل تمييزي أو ممارسة تمييزية ضد المرأة.
