The legislation to prevent terrorists from acting against other States or citizens is as follows:

ويود الفريق العامل أيضاً الإشارة إلى قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 21/4 الذي حث فيه المجلس الدول على أن تتخذ خطوات لتوفير الحماية الكافية للمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان المناهضين للاختفاء القسري، وأُسر الأشخاص المختفين، وغيرهم من الأشخاص مما قد يتعرضون له من ترهيب أو اضطهاد أو انتقام أو سوء معاملة.
