1.2 On 4 February 2013, the Special Rapporteur on new communications, acting on behalf of the Committee, requested that, while the Committee was considering the communication, the State party, pursuant to article 64 of the Committee's rules of procedure, consider taking steps to provide the care, treatment and rehabilitation that the author required because of his state of health.
1-2 وفي 4 شباط/فبراير 2013، طلبت المقررة الخاصة المعنية بالبلاغات، متصرفةً باسم اللجنة وبمقتضى المادة 64 من النظام الداخلي للجنة، إلى الدولة الطرف أن تتخذ تدابير من أجل توفير الاهتمام والرعاية وخدمات إعادة التأهيل التي يحتاجها صاحب البلاغ بسبب حالته الصحية ريثما تنظر اللجنة في بلاغه.
