This is my second letter in the last two weeks dealing with Lebanese acts of provocation on the northern border.

It is ironic that the so-called acts of provocation are, in fact, acts of Lebanese resistance on Lebanese soil and sanctioned under the provisions of Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
ومما يدعــو للسخرية أن ما يسمى بأعمال الاستفزاز هو في الواقع أعمال مقاومة لبنانية على اﻷرض اللبنانية وهي أعمال تقرها أحكام المادة ٥١ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.
