This was in conformity with the solution adopted in Security Council resolution 1329 (2000) concerning ad litem judges at ICTY.

In its resolution 64/239 of 24 December 2009, the General Assembly noted that the Secretary-General was conducting a review of conditions of service of ad litem judges at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and stated that it anticipated addressing the review at the first part of its resumed sixty-fourth session.
وقد لاحظت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 64/239 المؤرخ 24 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009 أن الأمين العام كان يجري استعراضا لشروط خدمة القضاة المخصصين في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا، وذكرت أنها تتوقع أن تتناول هذا الاستعراض في الجزء الأول من دورتها الرابعة والستين المستأنفة.

It is also to be recalled that the Assembly in its resolution 64/239 of 24 December 2009 noted that the Secretary-General was conducting a review of conditions of service of ad litem judges at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and anticipated addressing the review at the first resumed session of its sixty-fourth session.
وتجدر الإشارة أيضاً إلى أن الجمعية أشارت في قرارها 64/239 المؤرخ 24 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009 إلى أن الأمين العام كان يجري استعراضا لشروط خدمة القضاة المخصصين في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا وتوقعت تناول الاستعراض في الدورة المستأنفة الأولى لدورتها الرابعة والستين.
