4 - يقرر أن يمدد فترة عمل القضاة المخصصين العاملين حاليا في المحكمة الدولية التالية أسماؤهم حتى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010 أو لحين الانتهاء من القضايا التي كلفوا بالنظر فيها، إن حدث هذا أولا:

Furthermore, it should be noted that the appointment of ad litem judges currently serving on other trials to additionally serve on new trials would not be an appropriate action, because either the judges' respective statutory terms of three years would expire before the expected completion of the trials, or those judges are already serving on two trials.

42. By the time their terms of office are projected to expire, 12 of the 24 ad litem judges currently serving at the two Tribunals will have served for five years or longer (see A/65/134, table immediately following para. 97).
