' ٣ ' في نهاية السنوات اﻷربع اﻹضافية تلغى أي التزامات غير مصفاة ويتم توريد أي رصيد يتبقى عندئذ من أي اعتمادات كان محتفظا بها لهذه الالتزامات.

' ٣ ' تُلغى في نهاية فترة السنوات اﻷربع اﻹضافية أي التزامات غير مصفاة ويتم توريد أي رصيد يتبقى عندئذ من أي اعتمادات كان محتفظا بها لهذه الالتزامات.
