On 29 August 2013, the Chair circulated a letter from the Coordinator of the Group of Experts dated 29 August and addressed to the Permanent Representative of Rwanda, which was copied to the Chair, requesting details about the 29 August shelling on Rwandan territory from Democratic Republic of the Congo territory.
