ومن ثم فإننا نحث الدول التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في المعاهدة على أن تنضم إليها بوصفها دولا غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية، وعلى أن تحرص، إلى حين الانضمام إلى المعاهدة، على التقيد بأحكامها.

Also reaffirms the vital importance of the universality of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, and calls upon all States not parties to the Treaty to accede as non-nuclear-weapon States to the Treaty promptly and without any conditions and, pending their accession to the Treaty, to adhere to its terms and take practical steps in support of the Treaty;
2 - تعيد أيضا تأكيد الأهمية البالغة لكفالة انضمام جميع الدول إلى معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، وتهيب بجميع الدول غير الأطراف في المعاهدة أن تنضم إليها على وجه السرعة دون أي شروط، كدول غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية، وأن تعمل، ريثما تنضم إلى المعاهدة، على التقيد بأحكامها واتخاذ خطوات عملية لدعمها؛

4. Calls upon all States that are not parties to the Treaty to accede to the Treaty as nonnuclearweapon States so as to achieve its universality at an early date and, pending their accession to the Treaty, to adhere to its terms;
4 - يهيب بجميع الدول غير الأطراف في المعاهدة أن تنضم إلى المعاهدة بوصفها دولا غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية بغية تحقيق هدف الانضمام العالمي إلى المعاهدة في موعد مبكر، وأن تتقيد بأحكامها ريثما تنضم إليها؛

The Treaty must be universalized; all States that had not yet done so were urged to join the Treaty as non-nuclear weapon States and, pending their accession to the Treaty, to adhere to its terms and pledge commitments to non-proliferation and disarmament.
ورأى أن إضفاء طابع عالمي على المعاهدة مسألة واجبة؛ وأنه يتعين على الدول التي لم تنضم إليها بعد أن تفعل ذلك كدول غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية، وأن تقوم أيضا ريثما يُستكمل انضمامها للمعاهدة، بالامتثال لشروطها وإبداء التزامات في مجالي عدم الانتشار ونزع السلاح.

Bangladesh reiterates its call, as also reflected in Security Council resolution 1887 (2009), on States that are not parties to the NPT to accede to the Treaty as non-nuclear-weapon States so as to achieve its universality at an early date and, pending their accession to the Treaty, to adhere to its terms.
تؤكد بنغلاديش مجددا دعوتها، كما ورد أيضا في قرار مجلس الأمن 1887 (2009)، الدول التي ليست أطرافا في معاهدة عدم الانتشار إلى الانضمام إلى المعاهدة بوصفها دولا غير حائزة للأسلحة النووية، وذلك لتحقيق عالميتها في وقت مبكر، والامتثال لشروطها لحين انضمامها إلى المعاهدة.
