2 - وإدراكا منها بوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك الأقاليم، فإن الجمعية العامة تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك الأقاليم في أي عمليات هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول الأخرى.

2. Aware of the presence of such bases and installations in some of those Territories, the Special Committee urges the administering Powers concerned to continue to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States.
2 - وانطلاقا من علم اللجنة الخاصة بوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك الأقاليم، فإنها تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك الأقاليم في أي عمليات هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول الأخرى.

The Assembly once again calls upon the administering Powers concerned to terminate such activities and to eliminate such military bases in compliance with its relevant resolutions.
وتطلب الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى إلى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن تنهي هذه اﻷنشطة وتزيل تلك القواعد العسكرية، امتثالا لقراراتها ذات الصلة.

Furthermore, aware of the presence of such bases and installations in some of those Territories, the Assembly urges the administering Powers concerned to continue to take all necessary measures not to involve those Territories in any offensive acts or interference against other States, and to comply fully with the purposes and principles of the Charter.
وبالاضافة الى ذلك فإن الجمعية العامة، إدراكا منها لوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك اﻷقاليم، تحث الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تورط تلك اﻷقاليم في أي أعمال هجومية أو تدخل ضد دول أخري، وأن تلتزم تماما بمقاصد الميثاق ومبادئه.

The Special Committee recommended that the General Assembly renew its appeal to the administering Powers concerned to take all necessary steps for the implementation of the Declaration and the relevant United Nations resolutions, in accordance with the freely expressed wishes of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories.
لقد أوصت اللجنة الخاصة بأن تجدد الجمعية العامة نداءها إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة بأن تتخــذ جميــع الخطوات اللازمـة من أجل تنفيذ الاعلان وقرارات اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة، وفقا للرغبات التي أعربت عنهــا بحريــة شعوب اﻷقاليــم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

2 - انطلاقا من علم اللجنة الخاصة بوجود مثل هذه القواعد والمنشآت في بعض تلك الأقاليم، فإنها تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة حتى لا تقحم تلك الأقاليم في أي عمليات هجومية أو في أي تدخل ضد الدول الأخرى.

11. Urges the administering Powers concerned to take effective measures to safeguard and guarantee the inalienable rights of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories to their natural resources and to establish and maintain control over the future development of those resources, and requests the relevant administering Power to take all steps necessary to protect the property rights of the peoples of those Territories;
١١ - تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة على اتخاذ تدابير فعالة لحماية الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف لشعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في مواردها الطبيعية وفي السيطرة على تنمية هذه الموارد في المستقبل والحفاظ على تلك السيطرة ولضمان تلك الحقوق، وتطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة أن تتخذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لحماية حقوق الملكية لشعوب تلك الأقاليم؛

The Assembly once again calls upon the administering Powers concerned to terminate such activities and to eliminate such military bases in compliance with its relevant resolutions.
وتطلب الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى إلى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة أن تنهي مثل هذه اﻷنشطة وتزيل مثل هذه القواعد العسكرية، امتثالا لقراراتها ذات الصلة.

" ٢ - وإذ تدرك الجمعية العامة وجود قواعد ومنشآت عسكرية من هذا القبيل في بعض تلك اﻷقاليم، فإنها تحث الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة على أن تواصل اتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة لكي لا تشرك تلك اﻷقاليم في أية أعمال هجومية أو أي تدخل ضد دول أخرى.

2. Requests the administering Powers concerned to transmit or continue to transmit to the Secretary-General the information prescribed in Article 73 e of the Charter, as well as the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments in the Territories concerned, within a maximum period of six months following the expiration of the administrative year in those Territories;
٢ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة أن توافي، أو أن تواصل موافاة، اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات المنصوص عليها في المادة ٧٣ ﻫ من الميثاق وكذلك بأتم قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في اﻷقاليم المعنية، وذلك في غضون مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر من انتهاء السنة اﻹدارية في تلك اﻷقاليم؛

16. Urges the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of the representatives of the Governments of Trust and Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the agencies and organizations so that the Territories may draw the maximum benefits from the related activities of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system;
١٦ - تحث الدول المعنية القائمة بالادارة على تيسير مشاركة ممثلي حكومات اﻷقاليم المشمولة بالوصاية وغير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات بحيث يمكن لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تحقق أقصى فوائد ممكنة من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تبذلها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛

The Assembly once again calls upon the administering Powers concerned to terminate such activities and to eliminate such military bases in compliance with its relevant resolutions.
وتدعو الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى الدول المعنية القائمة باﻹدارة إلى إنهاء هذه اﻷنشطة وإزالة هذه القواعد العسكرية، امتثالا لقراراتها ذات الصلة.

It calls upon the administering Powers concerned to eliminate the remaining military bases in compliance with the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly.
وهو يطالب الدول القائمة باﻹدارة المعنية بإزالة ما تبقى من القواعد العسكرية امتثالا لقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة.

11. Requests the administering Powers concerned to facilitate the participation of appointed and elected representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories in the relevant meetings and conferences of the agencies and organizations so that the Territories may benefit from the related activities of the specialized agencies and other organizations of the United Nations system;
١١ - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بإدارة اﻷقاليم المذكورة العمل على تيسير مشاركة الممثلين المعينين والمنتخبين لﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي في الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة التي تعقدها الوكالات والمؤسسات، بحيث يتسنى لهذه اﻷقاليم أن تستفيد من اﻷنشطة ذات الصلة التي تضطلع بها الوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من مؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة؛
