33- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة وتعزيز جهودها لتنفيذ المادة 12 من الاتفاقية وبتشجيع احترام آراء الطفل، أياً كان عمره، في الإجراءات الإدارية والقضائية.

29. The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen efforts to implement article 12 of the Convention and promote respect for the views of the child at any age in administrative and judicial proceedings.
