Indonesia had signed and ratified ILO Convention No. 138 on the Minimum Age for admission to employment and ILO Convention No. 182 on the Prohibition and Immediate Action for the Elimination of the Worst Forms of Child Labour.

285. In regard to the problems of working children, the Committee suggests that Colombia ratify ILO Convention No. 138 concerning the minimum age for admission to employment and review all relevant legislation with a view to bringing it up to minimum international standards.

وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تصدِّق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 138 بشأن الحد الأدنى لسن الاستخدام، واتفاقيتها رقم 182 بشأن حظر أسوأ أشكال عمل الأطفال والإجراءات الفورية للقضاء عليها.
